Hey guys, gals, builders, tinkers, coders, and maybe-some-dayers of all flavors,

Just a friendly reminder that in order to be eligible for the 2014 UCAs, your build must be posted as completed between January 1 - December 31, 2014 (the forum timestamp is the qualifier). Completed means 100% finished - all construction, artwork, and software work done and your build proclaimed as such in your thread. There are 13 days left in 2014, so if you have a project your are finishing, or you have a project but quite haven't made your thread yet, get to it!

In the spirit of fair competition, the committee will strictly adhere to this timeframe requirement. You may have the world's best build, but if you post it completed on January 1, 2015, well, we'll see you for the '15 UCAs.

Not normally, only because none have ever been nominated. If three were nominated in one year, there might be a separate category.

Some changes to the catergories have been proposed to the UCA committee for discussion, but generally, drivers would fit in the nonstandard category unless there are three or more of the same type, at which point the committee would make the decision to spin at type off into it's own category. Once the vote has been opened, this will all be posted in the official thread.

Driving cabs are never finished.
Most of the time they aren't even playable because they're torn apart for improvements.

That's good. If 4 get legitimately nominated, then there would be a separate category and it would have a good chance at some recognition.
