Hi consolas, yes it's all mdf sides are 18 mm to suit the T mold, and the rest is 12 mm just trying to keep the weight down.

hi boomerbrian, yes little invader cut out with a jigsaw, just took my time and used a really nice jigsaw !

That is a sweet jig saw but even with that it still requires a steady hand and some skillz. Great job! Look forward to seeing this one come together.

this looks amazing. Been thinking of starting a bartop build sometime soon, would be my first time attempting anything like this (complete novice). But seeing project like this on here are inspiring. Good luck with the rest of the build can't wait to see the finished result.

Just an update here..... we are still around....life just caught up for a moment.......and we are also planning new cabs.... so here's a little update with the artwork we plan to use on the Bartop Arcade. The side wont have artwork as such, it will be wrapped in carbon fibre.

Side profile and dimensions.

we might keep this for a while as we hope to do as display stand at an upcoming expo event..... if we have enough interest we'd like to go into production...... but it will most likely just be bare bones cabs (excluding pc hardware).

at the moment we are just testing and prototyping really...... the cabs will tend to be custom-offs with some sort of theme.

And not to worry, they are available in North America as well at many big box hardware chains. I've bought these at Home Depot in Canada, where they are available under a different brand name.
