Buttons only games (ie Phoenix, Asteroids ...)
« on: February 27, 2014, 09:38:14 pm »
Just wondering, what games are there out there which only use buttons ... no joysticks or other controllers.

What comes to my mind are Asteroids and Asteroids Deluxe, Astro Blaster, and Phoenix ... but are there others that just aren't coming to my mind?

What about games that had more than one configuration? (I know I saw Phoenix machines that had a joystick and two buttons, rather than four buttons.)

Just wondering how many games I am missing.

Galaga, Galaxian, Space Inavaders, Astro Blaster,  etc.... basically any 2-way (left/Right) games can be played with Buttons.

Thank you all for the list of games ... I can see this particular layout could cover a lot of games.

Pop'n Music Series
Bishi Bashi Series
Star Trigon
(These are most fun with the large dome type buttons.)
