Are you going to be making a pair of stools to go with it? I ask as I was in Spain last week and they had turned a bunch of barrels into tables and had matching stools. Looked Swoosh

Yep I have considered this, the hard part is easy changing in and out of the mini kegs. Believe me putting a door in one of these barrels is not as easy as it looks.

Decided to get some CP art together, I was going to leave them black, but it looks too basic and bare, so I'm going to repeat the color scheme and keep it loose and generic so I don't get caught up in button placement matching and all those headaches.

I assume the green, blue, and pink on the CPO align with the bezel.

How would the CPO look with a black (or dark woodgrain like your barrel?) background and subtle white outlines around the barrels and character instead of the green, blue, and pink?

Do you want DK on the bezel and both CPOs?

Consider keeping DK on the bezel, moving Mario/Jumpman to one CPO, and putting Pauline on the other.

Thanks for all the ideas, unfortunately the art is already off being printed.

A problem I had to overcome was reintroducing structural integrity to the barrel after removing the cutout areas. Barrels rely on tension to keep them together so I reintroduced it in certain areas with plumbers strapping to get that nice solid tight feel.

If you mean the straps on the outside I'm going to do them hammered black. Usually I hate that finish but in this case I think it would be a good choice for the look I want
