Analog rosebud?  Should be an easy setup using a 360 joy, some memory foam, and an old pair of jeans.  Doesn't that game also have a slapping component or is it just "the big poke"?  If slapping is involved that could be trickier depending on how the software is configured to read force inputs. Analog buttons with a long throw burried in the cheaks could work.
