You can download 7zip, it comes with a command line tool that should handle everything.
if you have WINZIP installed, just select all your ZIP FILES and then RIGHT CLICK/DRAG over a bit to the side where it is a empty spot, then click UNZIP HERE.

The last time I had to extract hundreds of files, I couldn't figure out how to do it in Winzip so I went out to look for the old pkzip. Turns out it was called command line pkzip and they were charging for the full version. Go figure.
