I've got a Tacoma and my GF and I went camping

a lot with it. With the 4x4, we went stomping way out in the middle of nowhere for our outings (read: no one to bother us).
Insurance might be slightly higher if they view it as an SUV (Also known as, I-use-this-vehicle-for-fun-and-not-work). So you might want to look into that. For a long long time, my coverage in California was twice as much for half the coverage that both my parents combined got for similar vehicles.
