Is this the second gun and happening during 2 player gameplay?  If so, a lot of us are experiencing this problem.

I recently tried to plug the guns directly into the USB ports on the PC instead of using a hub, but I have not had the chance to test to see if it corrected it.

This has happened to me aswell, but it only happens right after i calibrate the guns in the aimtrak utility.when i go into a game, doesnt matter if its pc ,model 2,mame whatever, the gun will shoot really slow, like theres a read delay or something.usually a reboot fixes the problem.Maybe Andy could verify if the aimtrak utility has a bug in it or something. Are trigger presses during the calibration process delayed or governed in some way so you dont accidentally skip a step while calibrating?

What if you guys leave them always plugged in? I'm just curious if that would eliminate problems. I don't have any yet, but when I get them, I plan on keeping them plugged in "forever".
