Search for USB Header Plate. or USB Back plate.   Bear in mind you must have the connections on your motherboard for it to plug into.  I personally used the Neutrik ports as shown above.

Check here for USB rear panel brackets.

+1 on using the Neutrik feedthrus -- very easy to install.

I just picked up a pair of these:

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/3-28ft-USB2-0-A-Female-To-A-Male-M-F-Adapter-Panel-Mount-Extend-Cable-Screw-Lock-/170851299991

and front-mounted them on my cabinet.

Pair of them cost me a whopping $6, including shipping.  Couldn't go wrong at that price...

Tiger Direct has a nice little 4 port setup for $2.99 right now that would work just remove the mounting plate and use the 3 screws to mount -- ( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3949897&CatId=511 )

It is a very good deal if you have a retail location near you (like we do here in El Paso,  TX.) - Not so good if you have to pay the shipping (+\- $4) which is more than the sale price unless you are ordering other items as well !
