I really like that artwork, its got a very vintage feel... but im thinking you should try a different font other than comic sans. That's my 2 cents.

http://comicsanscriminal.com/

maybe "Agency FB" or "Bauhaus 93"? Both have a bit more retro theme that fits better with your artwork.

Louis-

Those 2x4 MDF sheets are love. Plus, you can get ones in 1/4 inch to make templates.

This is exactly my mentality until I get my project finished. I'm not getting a game near my cab until the paint is dry and the stickers are laid!

Ya im doing a build right now where I was thinking of using sheet metal for the CP, never worked with the stuff before.. whats the thickness? Did you use a mallet to bend it?

Great work Louis!
I like the sheet metal CP.
About Lowes: They will cut a full sheet of MDF for you.
I usually get it cut into 2 half sheets.
The Lowes in BG does not have 1/2" MDF (Last time I checked Home Depot didnt either, Im glad they got some now).
I did find some 1/2" MDF at Lowes in Franklin, Ky, which is about the same distance for me.
Have you found any 5/8"? I searched online for about a 75 mile radius of Russellville and cant find any.
You'd think Nashville would have it but last time I checked no one (lowes, home depot) had any.

Im a designer that works for a company that uses a ton of metal, so in my spare time i'm designing ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- out of sheet metal all the time, the one bonus is that I can have it cut out on our plasma table and then formed pretty well to within my specs, all for free! Gotta love the perks! I usually use 14ga, its still light enough to be practical, yet stiffens right up as soon as you bend it.
