More Pong Repairs

Hey gang,
I'm trying to repair my old 1975 Pong.  The quarter isn't traveling all the way down the coin acceptor and is falling down inside the machine.  I took out the coin acceptor to try to get a better look and notices a little part fell out.  Does anyone know anything about how these things go together, or where I might find a manual for it?  Or any other suggestions on how I can fix this thing?

The piece that had fallen off is called a "seperator assembly" (a.k.a. "kicker"). It adjusts how easily a coin is accepted or rejected. Sliding it to the left increases acceptance. It attaches with a very short 6-32 screw (about 1/8" long). The screw threads cannot stick out the other side of the main frame casting or coins will hang up on it. BTW, I noticed your coin microswitch is missing it's actuating wire so you may need to buy a new coin switch.

Now on to my next problem...

The paddle on the right is working fine, nice and smooth, but the paddle on the left gets all squiggly and distorted when you move quickly.  Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

That Pong is in the wrong house. Try it in my place 


If you don't want that pong in my place, I hope you find the fix (hope something simple as cleaning your POT)

Hey guys,
I took a few more pics of the Pong, hoping that maybe someone can give me some pointers as to what to look at to fix the squiggly paddles.  Any thoughts as to what would cause this?  Would it be a loose wire, dirty connection?  I'm getting the messy paddles on 3 of the 4 paddles.  I don't want to start taking apart things until I know what I should be looking for.
