Michael Jackson auction = Arcade games, pinball machines, etc!
« on: February 21, 2009, 04:14:22 pm »
Not sure if I'd really want to buy stuff from Michael Jackson without sterilizing it first.   ;D  He's auctioning lots of stuff from his ranch, including some video games and pinball machines.  I'd really love to buy some, but I don't think I was to get caught up in the craziness of a "Michael Jackson auction".

What about that weird Crystals Castles cabinet that apparently was turned into an Aliens.

Several classics. I bet they'll fetch a bundle. I imagine them to be in killer shape.

The Moonwalker cab is probably the first one they made, so my guess is it stays at the ranch.

That collection is unreal! Sega R-360! The ride-on Galaxy Force! Dynamo and Capcom cabs galore! Even a Dynamo with Batman in it lol! I'd love to see pics of the arcade this was all packed into.

Meh, not interested.  I already had enough trouble moving mine from the garage to my arcade.  It's too damn big to fit by the way (that's what she said).  So out in the garage it still sits.  Damn!

Check it out though.  He has Galaxy Force!

Is it just me or does the list of items get creepier the further you go? Anyone keep flipping until the "creepy looking dolls" page? The robotic Michael Jackson head?

For the long time BYOAC experts - is there a particular rare find in this auction?

The auction certainly looks to be a Thriller. Some of the things are uinique and definitely Off the Wall. If you want something special and someone outbids you, then Just Beat It.

The working R-360.  It's the working that's rare.  (I'm assuming it works)

It's had the board replaced with Gridlee. It's an R-360 with a trackball now. Officially the hardest version of the game available. ;D

All kidding aside, if it works, then that's definitely a rarity.
