Do you want Happs Perfect 360 Joysticks ?

Happs sells this for $40.00 a piece but now till the end of March they are on sale for $25.00. Just want to share this info to anyone interested in getting this. I ordered 4 for myself and hope to recieve it soon...Good luck

This seems like a good deal, so I am considering buying a pair.  However, I have a couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know if this is the competition or super version of the perfect 360 joystick?

2. I realize that the perfect 360 eliminates the "click" sound of the microswitches and adds to the life of the joystick.  However, does it change the feel?

I know that questions on joysticks come up all the time, and yes, I did check the old archives.  It just seems that every thread about joysticks can lead you to a different conclusion as to which joysticks are best.  Before this sale from Happ's, I was leaning towards getting a pair of Happ competitions for fighting games, and probably a pair of supers for other games.  Of course, I'd really need to use them to decide which I liked best.  Now that the perfect 360 are on sale, I'm looking for some advice...

As far as which stick is better for fighting games, it depends on what fighting games you're playing.

For Capcom games, I prefer the Super Perfect 360 over the Competition Perfect 360.

So, does anyone else know the difference in performance and feel of the Competition Perfect 360s vs. the standard Competition Joysticks?

They should have the same feel, but without the clicks fromt he microswitchs (which I can't hear).  Same thing, but instead of the microswitchs at the bottom, its a ring.  But same shaft, same springs, same sizes.  Should be the same

They shouldn't be the same because the Competition Perfect 360 has no corners, whereas the regular Competition does.

I would think that very people hear the clicks of the microswitches...

I'd think that bangin on the side of the case, and the volume of hte game would WAY more than override the noise... let alone the trash talkin... =>

It's not just the sound of the clicks, it's the feel of the clicks.  With a Perfect 360, you wouln't feel it, which is a lot better for fast paced fighting games.
