Merry Christmas and Introducing my new son
« on: December 25, 2008, 02:50:57 pm »
Merry Christmas everyone!

My son is now 4 months old, but I don't think I officially announced it.  Not only is he a new future gamer, but it's Xavier Luis' first Christmas!  It's our first.  We are thrilled!

From my family to yours.  I wish you the best and safe Christmas (and Happy New Year).

For those who don't celebrate Christmas...  Happy Holidays!   :)

Congrats on your son! Being a father to me is one of the best things in life...

As for Mario Kart 64 on an arcade machine...based one what I have seen Delusional29 treats the arcade machine much like I and many others do...a multi purpose emulation machine...which means classic console AND arcade games.

The Nintendo 64 has numerous games that are fun to play with arcade controls and this is one of them! :)

I had MK3 on it 30 seconds earlier, but then the wifey protested due to the baby being present.  So I chose G rated game.

Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three.

Congratulations! My son is pushing 3 1/2 months now. Christmas is way more fun when you have kids! I can't wait until next year when he will have more of a concept of whats going on.

Hey Delusional,

Hope your family had a great Christmas, and all the best for a smashing New Year !!

Little Xavier must be the light in your life.  Surely that's the way for us, with our daughter.

I was going to say, Mum's looking pretty good after the birth, but then I noticed you mentioned that Xavier's already 4 months old.

We sincerely wish you lots of happiness.

One word ... you've a budding little gamer, but gaming isn't everything.  Don't forget to introduce Xavier to the natural world, the great outdoors ... who knows, he may be a budding little sporting star, or a budding little park ranger.
