So i have a player one button from happ, and at first it had a tiny spec, which then grew to the guy looking like he got shot, which was funny for a little while.. and then pretty much completely rubbed off and it's now solid white. Any ideas as to or does such a thing exist where i can get a player one button white, to look like the happ one without it fadding away / rubbing off ? Any one else experience this ?

Shizzle happens.. In the future, try clear coat nail polish on the top. You may have just gotten a bad batch tho.

that's a really good idea, but i was thinking that maybe some vendor would have a custom button? or beneath / under the plastic metal player 1 figure perhaps ?

Your sentence is non-diagramable: But from what you are asking, there do exist clear buttons and you can buy "under-lays" for those buttons. Try Ultimarc.com. Andi has some clear buttons with inserts. The buttons are meant for lighting, but could be used for protecting the image.

How about this, Clean: PGI?

Haven't used them myself, but I bet they don't wear off  :)

my black one player button did the exact same thing within a week of heavy use. Strangely the 2 player button that gets just as much love seems intact.

Cheap... I'm getting a new one and coating it.

Second the Pongo movement, although Ultimarc P1 buttons are very good and I also really love the PGI inserts! A few very good options.

Ultimarc makes buttons with inserts under a plastic cap.

I had the same thing happen and got Vinyls from Pongo, worked great since, plus I was able to add labels to my pause and coin buttons.

I was going to post the exact same thing.  These will never rub off:

But they can accidently peel off couldnt they? Or did you cover it with some transparent nail polish? Crazy glue?

I can't see them accidentally peeling off unless you get your nail under them and try to peel them off. If you make sure that the button is perfectly clean before applying them then they wont be going anywhere.

Exactly.  I used a q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the surface of each button before applying the decal.  The back is VERY sticky (you get one shot at the application) and after burnishing it on there with the tip of a flat head screwdriver there's no way they are coming off.  Also, the decals are cut from a sheet so the sticky backing covers the entire bottom surface - you would have to actually pick at it in order for them to come off.
