CP Leafswitch Brackets
« on: September 15, 2008, 06:56:35 pm »
Anyone using the leafswitch brackets that ponyboy is selling on their cp with 6 or more buttons?

Just curious to see how you have them arranged (ie... all pointing the same direction, different directions). If you have a pic of the underside of your cp that you can post here that would be great. Thanks.

I have mine pointing away from each other. You can't really have them pointing in the same direction, it would hit.

Unless you mount it slightly to the side (crooked, sideways from the each others).

here is my underpanel shot.

I had to put it sideways due to the trackball hole not straight up/down. Just a tad to the left/right.

Thanks for the reply and the pics. I think to make the foot print smaller I'm going to run them in opposite directions. (ie...top row going down and bottom row going up) They will have to go between the buttons on the other row but it looks like it will work ok. Thanks again for the reply.

I've got a bartop  that I picked up at auction with leafs and the switch brackets are positioned to wherever they fit in that small space.

The CP is held in with long threaded bolts, but it it would be helpful, I can open it up and take some pics.
