TNT (Philly) selling what looks like dedicated cabs

I've dealt with this guy in the past and I realize he's just running a business, but I get the feeling he takes advantage of buyers who don't know the market. He's got this "great" deal where you buy a vid or pin, then if you're bored of it you can trade it back (for a fraction of what you paid). Then of course he referbs and resells the game for its full inflated price.

Todd is a good guy. He usually throw or give away lots of cabinets. Maybe this cabinets has nice sideart on them thats why he wants to sell it. I admit his prices on re-furb machine are high, but he got lots of overhead to pay. He got 2 buildings full of Arcade Games and a show room (quite tight for me, he loaded it to much with games  ;D) thats loaded with games on Free Play.

Chances are, if no one buys this cabs, he will offer it for FREE considering you must TAKE THE WHOLE CAB and not just parts from it.
If you ever stop in his place, you might get stuff for free ( I did  :P )

Many years ago I did some business with him (I was referbing old electro-pins at the time). Maybe he's softened up over the years, but back then he wouldn't give you a rubber bumper for free.
