This is ridiculous. You have a thread start in EE and then want me to jump through hoops to be able to finish or still follow this thread that YOU moved. What kind of place are you running here?
How can you sit there and expect me to fill out some request for why i want to be in PnR when i don't want to be there. I just want to be able to get back to a thread i started posting in. Surly you can understand this concept.
I'm sure this thread and post will be ignored or i will just be pointed to another link or maybe even be given some lame excuse for why i am required to do what it is you ask but for future reference try not to get your members involved in a thread only to just have it moved to a blocked section. That's just good advice.
Oh and anyone thinking they are some smart guy saying "this is Saints board and he can do what he likes" can just give that a rest, we all know this.
So you want me to either....
1. Spend my personal time editing a thread that probably should have been in P&R in the first place so that it can stay in EE, which would also alter the content and substance of the thread even though there were no rules violations, or
2. Keep the thread in EE thereby ignoring that P&R was created to keep contentious threads of a political or religious nature (in which you yourself posted 128 times) from spilling over into the rest of the forums, which was creating much heartache and was something a significant number of forum users asked me to fix or outright ban such discussions altogether, or
3. Grant you access to P&R without having you go through the simple courtesy of reading and following the requirements for access to P&R, all of which would have taken you less time than your posts in this thread would have, or
4. Modify the code base of the forum to grant you access to a thread in a sub-forum you otherwise have chosen not to have access to, simply to satisfy a single user's request to post in a single thread?
I do not think any of these options are beneficial to the overall well being of this forum and will be leaving things as they are.
