This is the model based off the Radeon 9200 and it works perfectly.  It is AGP with 15pin, s-video, and composite outputs.  The driver cd is also included. 

Asking $50 + $10 for Fedex 3-day.

Thats what the card ssupports 15khz Standard monitor, so it does it very well.

Yep, this card is designed to work with 15khz and 31khz monitors.  I have a couple interested parties so I'll start with the first responder and go down the line.
