Author Topic: Anybody into making a logo for my band? (Read 2596 times)

Hey guys, I've been trying to come up with a cool logo for my band with no avail. Our name is "Tavis and the Heartthrobs". We are kind of retro, not very serious. Just having fun. If you guys want to take a stab at it I would be extremely grateful. The colors would be a mix of red, black, and white. Thank you.

I whipped this up in about 5 minutes. If you like it, let me know what changes you'd want to see made and I'll draw up a "cleaner" version to whatever dimensions you want. I dont have a vector program, and since raster cant be blown up without losing quality (only shrunk), tell me how big you want this to be. Want it to fit on a bassdrum head?

I'm not a big fan of that logo. What I've got in my head is something akin to one of those old diners with the rollerskating waitresses (I know there's a word for them, but it escapes me). I think that logo conjurs up images of an 80's hair band.

Bacon has a high fat content and clogs arteries. That prospect is bringing the band down to depressive levels. I mean, I appreciate the art that is bacon and all, but is there anyway we can tone down the bacon?
