Roms are illegal.. thus if we aid in the distribution of them here, or sell them, or talk about where to get them, we can get saint in trouble.

Just go search google... there are a million sites.  You're on your own for this one.

Seriously though its like downloading music or movies online. It's illegal. If you don't own the copyright for the digital media in question you can't legally own it. the no r0/V\ $ rule is put in as a CYA provision. saint is not and shouln't be responsible if you decide to downlaod or purchase something illegally online. If you do so It will be of your own volition, and have nothing to do with this site.

I highly doubt that the mods just browse arround and delete any topic that has a questionable title...  I guarantee every mod has stoped and said "whoa, what's this topic about?" though!

You know, instead of acting like this you could help out and report when a Google Ad like that slips through. I currently have 7 or so advertizers banned because of this. When another one crops up I don't get a magical bell from Heaven telling me there's another bad ad. I rely on someone telling me or occasionally I might see it myself. The one you're so bitter about was banned 2 minutes after I got the notification.
