Why do you say that?  I'm pretty sure it's not Ms. Jolie.  I'm a big...uhm...fan, so I'd know her when I saw her.  The eyes don't look like hers and neither do the lips.

Now, I could be wrong, as I've seen pictures of her that don't really look like her before, but I'd like some sort of reasoning behind your statement (as in you know where the animated loop is from and can confirm it's her), especially considering you didn't spell "Angelina" right.

I am pretty darn sure it is "Boat Trip". That scene is the most hilarious as Cuba is trying to pretend he is gay during the movie and she asks him how to give a BJ... Geez, I need to get out more

As for a gift, I want nothing for myself.... all I ask for is that everyone remember to buckle up if you go out, and if you drink, remember everyone else out on the road and have a designated driver.

Signing a donor card would be a great gift to others as well....

It's not Girl, Interrupted because a) I've seen it and don't remember such a scene and b), she had blond hair in it.

The girl in the gif looks hispanic, and Angelina Jolie isn't.  Sorry, I still don't believe it's her.

Check out this picture from "Boat Trip".  Notice the girl looks the same, the background looks the same, her shirt looks the same and she's holding a banana.  She's definately not Angelina.  Which seems to confirm what Shippy said, that's is Roselyn Sanchez and it's from Boat Trip.
