Wallpaper for Control Panel - Now with Pics
« on: October 21, 2004, 09:59:33 pm »
I was in a paint and wallpaper shop this morning, and they have some really nice wallpaper. It looked like that diamond plate stuff. I got to thinking how it would take to life on various parts of a cabinet.

Has anyone ever tired this or though about it? I guess my main concern is how durable it would be.

Any other problems anybody can anticipate?

Well wallpaper is REALLY cheap, and I assume you would get a whole roll of it for your money, so what the worst thing that could happen?

They have diamond plate wallpaper?

Yeah - its even embossed so it looks quite good. I'll try to graba sample of it over the weekend and post a photo.

Its NZ$45 (About US$30 I guess) per roll which would be more than you could possibly need.

Except shipping to the US would cost a bomb. Then you guys would see what we have to put up with anytime we want to order anything from the States. LOL.
