Sharpshooter is a great game too. I don't think you can get time crisis for a PC. I do have it for mame, but it runs really slow and freezes when I add a coin.

"Point Blank" is the best one ever.

And for nostalgia, you can try out Duck Hunt and Hogan's Alley.
NO MORE!!

Bonanza shooting gallery!!!

I Think the best shoot em ups werethe old mechanical and projector ones.
i remeber the huge mechanical shooters they use to have at the parks.
you would for example shoot a little red dot on a guys ear, and he would start playing piano or something.those things had like a 40 x 20 room.
AWESOME

hmmm, I thought shoot em ups were games like Gradius, Ikaruga and Einhander.... either way, if you are getting a light gun, House of the Dead 2 is unbelievably fun with a friend...

I love the "fixed gun" games llike Steel Gunner, Operation Wolf, T2 and Revolution X.

Say, do those work well with the PC light guns? I was always under the impression that those games just had a real fancy, gun shaped joystick!

Yup... You have to seperate the light guns and the positional guns (t2)

You really can't play T2 ect. with a light gun.

And you can't play crossbow with a t2 gun.

So pick the controls you have access to and plan on using... And refine your list.

Here is a good one..

Not for mame though.. it is for sega master system!
It is called Gangster town
some screens: http://www.geocities.com/sabulente/gangster.html

It was the first (console) game I know of that let you use 2 light guns at the same time.

As far as Mame goes.. Terminator2 has been one of my favorites..

Op. Wolf & Duck Hunt are my faves. Zero Point is quite good (Point Blank rip-off).
