Yes that is high, but these things are nearly impossible to find now.

True 4-way, diamond cut out, red ball handle, good condition.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

Thats probably what you would pay for that stick on ebay, if your lucky enough to find one.   Only other option would be to keep your eye out for a control panel that you could gut the joystick from on ebay.
I got 4 wicos from a wrestling game that was crap, so i just gutted the sticks out of it and i got the panel for 15.00.  Look up "control panel"
or "arcade panel"  on ebay and you will find quite alot to look at. :)
