Banned Troll Trivia from 10years ago…who has the answer?

At least 10years ago, there was a poster on here (and various other arcade related forums) who got banned. The poster, by all accounts, was out there, if not overtly dangerous (sort of scared to hear the name ala Beetlejuice and I am sure they lurk under other pseudonyms). Throw me a name of a developer, maybe MAME related, maybe lived in Denmark or Finland (I am sure they were from Europe) was banned everywhere. Seemed to argue for the sake of argue, then got verbally abusive when confronted. I do remember that they were actually pretty intelligent (or seemed to be) which made him more intriguing. Why ask? Cause its bugging me. Thats all.

Serbian living in New Zealand (possibly a refugee from the Bosnian war).  He was fined $12k for troll spamming email addresses he stole from arcade message boards which violated a New Zealand anti-spam law.  A Neo Geo forum where he was trying to hack everyone's account turned out to be owned by a lawyer who got tired of his ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- and found something for the authorities to charge him with.  He settled down after that.  A Judge eventually considered it excessive and reduced it.  I look him up every once in a while and he seems to have gotten his ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- together.  Hopefully he's grown out of tormenting people for entertainment.
