Thanks for the update Aragon, MIB is Sooo much better without the guns. Everything is working however I can't aim all the way to right side of the screen.  I didn't change any of the setting in the BepInEx folder, and my desktop resolution is 1080x1920.  Any Ideas on how to fix this?  The game works fine on teknoparrot but I can't use the no crosshairs/gun with TP.

What is the argument for Chihiro version of house of the dead 3 to work via cxbx ds 1.0?

when I enter demulshooter.exe -target=chihiro -rom=hod3
cxbxr-ldr.exe does not register the mouse cursor in game. No issues in launching and shooting in Virtua Cop 3 if I enter rom=vcop3

Do I need to type something different than hod3?
PC version has issues as arcademod launcher does not work in Windows 11 unfortunately. I have to set compatibility to Win7

You have the correct command line for chihiro DS build, as you can see here

I have not used it for a long time, I don't exactly remember if there was some issues with build version / rom version to get it to work

I keep using the pc mod instead
As I just replied on your Github ticket, I use both hod3pc and the mod on a windows 11 computer without any trouble

I managed to register light gun and it could shoot but cxbx crashed immediately in the first stage.
Tried it again by disabling bezels, exclusive full screen and shaders and it run without crashes even to stage 3. Unfortunately even on a modern cpu (i5 245k in my case), emulation has slowdowns. While VC3 runs smooth.
Only difference are the better textures and vfx. Eg in the Fool boss encounter, you can clearly see the faces of the corpses falling. While on PC even at 1920x1440, those textures were a mess.
So PC version remains the best option till they improve.

Yes, issue was with not copying the patched hot3 exe to exe folder and had it in root folder instead. Now it seems to run
