Ok i checked and it's true, original patch only removed "you can shoot" crosshair and it was in fact a deliberate choice ! Totally forgot about this !

Thanks for the clarification. I don't understand how to run DemulShooter through the commandline. Is there a video or walkthrough with images, I'm a visual learner lol.  Also I use Launchbox to run my games, could I, in theory, enter the command line argument under that?
Well...no I've not made any video like this. Right now I can only encourage you to check some vgenerals vids on the internet for DOS commands
To be short, and let's imagine you got Demulshooter unzipped in C: :
1) Open a DOS terminal (command line prompt)
2) Write and execute cd C:\DemulShooter to navigate to DemulShooter folder
3) Write and execute demulshooter.exe -target=demul07a -rom=confmiss for example to run demulshooter for "Confidential Mission"

As for LaunchBox, I don't know how this is working but there often a way to run autohokey script or things like that to run other program with a rom

Then you'll be able to run it with Tp0.6
Check the readme, fist go into TestMode to disable feedback, etc....

Now I can run sega dream riders. It runs pretty well.
But small problem exist.
Default calibration is little bit wrong in my Aimtrak setting, so I boot test mode and calibrate gun, but when I pull trigger at point of display, game crash.
Calibration on this game is difficult, I think :(

Maybe small bug about TP 0.6 on sega dream raiders? Or my mistake?

Demulshooter support Xbox360 pad analog stick for emulate mouse.
People who does not have lightgun like aimtrak, this option is very useful.
I think that if demulshooter setting is like below, I can control both 1p and 2p sametime using one gamepad on Let's go island.

1p Device : Xinput gamepad#1
                   mouse left : L Shoulder
                   X-Y axis : Left stick

2p Device : Xinput gamepad#1
                   mouse left : R Shoulder
                   X-Y axis : Right stick

but when I try this setting on Let's go island,
1P and 2P cross hair movement is ok, but 2p trigger function is not working. Only 1p trigger works. I don't know why.
Does dual play must need 2 gamepads?
This is very tiny problem, but I'm very appreciate to you if you can solve this   ;D

6.4 update :
- added "Sega Dream Riders" support for RingWide system

Just like LGI, you can use -parrotloader if you run it via parrotloader+DumbJvsCmd to overrides all keyboard control.
Or just use without -parrotloader if you play it via DumJvsManager

This is normal, it's the way it's done in the code because...well that's how I made it  ;)

Wow, that was quick.  Thanks Argon!  Can't wait to play tonight in 2 player dual mode.  Quick question, has anyone figured out or tested how to improve the HD quality? Do you just change the game.ini file or do you just change the HD settings via the GameLoader All RH? Just curious if anyone has gotten that far yet.

Here's the patcher, just patch the /pgr/game.exe so that it can run at a fixed memory address.
Then feed it to TeknoParrot

Quick question, has anyone figured out or tested how to improve the HD quality? Do you just change the game.ini file or do you just change the HD settings via the GameLoader All RH? Just curious if anyone has gotten that far yet. 
Game Loader All RH 0.266 is out and support this game now, moreover the author also released some modified game.exe along with a much more complete .ini file with some kind of resolution settings.
I've not tried it at all,  so you'll have to try it yourself  ;) But it can be interresting for your needs

Oh, and as linking these kind of unofficial hacked .exe is not allowed, you'll have to go to the source...


Edit: Found where the crosshair is, I will provide mods tomorrow I guess

They just released All RH loader 267 which is specific to Fright Fear Land. Hopefully it helps with some of the bugs and game.exe issues.

That would be awesome! I tested it tonight... works straight away using game.exe. I used the game.exe the RH loader team provided. Changed video to 1920x1080 and it looks and plays great. 1 player aimtrak works fine, 2 player gun works but shares player 1s bullets... so you shoot for one you shoot for the other! Probably one of my favorites!

Lol, there's no easy cake in the domain, never  :D

Proof is...for this one, I don't know how they make the launcher but the game is now like an empty shell....even in test mode there's no way to see axis values and triggers pushed even if it's working in game. Mouse controls seems to be sent directly from windows API...for now I don't think I can do anything.

Real shame that it looks like you will not be able to get Fear Fright Land working with 2 aimtraks, its a really fun game, very much like House Of the Dead 2

For now there's still a small issue : trigger is not registering during the stage select. Either wait for 30sec or change stage select to "random" or something else in the Test Mode

I didn't play untill the end but all seems OK so far

Note that I had to complettely disabled mouse events so if demulshooter is not closed you may not have any mouse action...you'll ned a keyboard and a CTRL+ALT+SUP to kill it. Or reboot

i'll test this weekend, although these machinegun games doesn't work very well with crt guns, as they don't track properly on dark colors and they need to flash in everyshot.
No solution for this. My better chance it's setting the game to easy and disabling autofire.

Just got done playing some 2 player FFL!!! Works great! I just set it to random, and both guns worked great! Fantastic job! Thank you again!

Worked great for me.  I just set level select options to random.  Thanks Argonlefou! Game is super fun.  I would recommend changing difficulty level to very hard.  Makes the game a little more intense and challenging.  :applaud: :applaud:

In FrightFearLand For some reason when a scene requires the laser sight handgun, or wire clippers the trigger button won't work.  I'm using aimtrak guns, with demulshooter, and the game.exe. Any ideas how to fix?   :dizzy:

Well, the crosshair can be easily removed : it's funny the game has exactly the same files as Sega Dream Riders  :o
Unfortunatelly there is one more thing in this game : the ammo counter which still stays on screen as it's generated like some "text"
I've not posted yet the patch for the crosshair, I was waiting to try to find some hack to remove the ammo display. I should be able to work on this at the end of the next week
