Have a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L motherboard, with a Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 Ghz cpu up for sale. Also included is 4 gbs of ddr2 ram. Ram is Corsair XMS2. Has I/o shield and stock intel cpu cooler attached. 60 shipped for the whole thing. Board works great would make a great mame comp.

It doesnt have on board, but it does have PCIe slots (1x and 16x)

My older mame machine runs this setup, it will not, but a mild OC to 3.4'ish will be close to 100% Gauntlet Legends was my basemark when I built it, at stock speeds it to slow. Its currenlty ( old machine) at stock speeds and I fired up Streetfighter EX and saw it was slowmo too. Its been years (2 or more) since I had it OC and running, but I was pretty sure both played at 100% or close at 3.4.

For $60 you have one heck of a good EMU board, it will do 99% of mame and pretty much any other EMU, ebay and computer BBS (anand tech) have ton's of cheap hardware (video card for this). A steal for a mame setup i think, in fact, still for sale I might just grab it as I have a ton of old cards alying around and want to build a bartop but was leaning to a low power idea.. but who knows.
