Pac-man and Ms Pac-man are the only 2 that I have found that run really fast. I've provided the Ms Pac-man and Mame settings below. There is no telling what crazy settings that I have changed. Lol!

Either use ddraw or increase the value of frame_delay.

Using a value of "1" in frame_delay is ridiculously low and if combined with d3d causes this issue where the same vertical retrace is entered twice resulting in speed x2.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead or pasting it.

Which one of these is the more ideal situation? Upping the frame delay or just switching to ddraw?
