I remember seeing these a while ago.  I think there are links for them in one of Slims or Da Old Man's rotating monitor threads.  Cool concept no doubt and works pretty well too.

Figured some of you old schoolers might have seen it before, but thought it might help some noobs get their head around monitor rotation.

That is pretty cool.

What would be cooler, is having the glass affixed to the bezel, and have the process automated while clearing the CP. Probably not realistic with a CRT, but might be feasible with an LCD.

Those cabs are nice.
The monitor rotation is basically the same on Japanese candy cabs.
