now whats the deal with jasper chipset? they are the best "phat" xboxes that wont red-ring or any of that. hard drive will have freestyle dashboard and nxe2god installed. no "games" of any kind. only legal apps.

NO warranty on the hardware itself. I can only provide 90 days warranty on the chip installation.

its "hilarious" because xbox sux and he only play 2 games on it. or...something. anyway lets not derail my thread.

if you had any idea what kind of effort goes into these things you'd know this is more than fair. I dont even care. jtags/rgh sell quick and effortless anyway. then there is CL and XS too. homebrew and region unlocks alone is worth the price tag. if I didn't know how to do any of this Id buy one in a heartbeat for jap shumps and finalburn emulator.

I am interested.  I have a question though.  I've heard that the RGH isn't 100% effective as in sometimes it takes a few tries and it takes a significant amount of time (compared to a stock 360) to boot.  Any truth to that?

^ that is all random. jasper above is mostly instant boot. sometimes(completely random) it takes like 5 seconds to boot. then I turned it on/off 10 times and it was instant.

slim on the other hand is almost never instant. slims are anywhere from 3 seconds to 30 seconds.

I can vouge for Snaakes work and time. I've watched him mod-- you're paying for the skill, time and the fact that the machine will work exactly as advertised. He's a good guy and I for one think his prices are fair for this kind of skilled work.
