Anyone remember this handheld?
« on: January 27, 2011, 05:19:40 pm »
Does anyone remember the names of any of those really cheap handhelds from the 90's which claimed to have something like "10,000 games in 1"?  In actuality though, it was more like a bunch of variations of a second rate Tetris style game (similiar to what the switches on the 2600 did).  I owned one of these back in the day (for like a week), until I decided that I wanted my money back.  I searched the web and cannot find any record of one of these devices.

Thanks man, I think you hit the nail on the head.  I remember being so dissapointed when I tried that thing out for the first time.  However, maybe I'll track one down for the sake of nostalgia.

I think I still have the one (first pic) collecting dust in my junk pile.

I was also dissapointed first time I turn it on, but in a smiling  ;D way knowing that I;ve been taken .

Then I move on to a NINTENDO (n64 controller) looking one which was not bad (don't remembre how many games).

Wow, I have/had that first one pictured. I completely forgot about it until I saw it again. Not sure if I kept it or not.
