Dos or Windows shortcut key problem--Help!
«

I'm trying to play NBA jam and dunk when my screen rotates 90degrees. After some experimenting I get the screen back to the way it should be. Turns out that when I press Player 1 Button 1 and 2 at same time and move Player 1 joystick in a direction, it rotates the screen. This is equivalent to Ctrl + Alt + (up, down, left, right). This happens in Mame, my front end, and when I am not even in a program looking at my XP desktop. It also happens on a regular keyboard when i put it through the ipac. How do I turn this off?

iether, change it thru the Video setting and siable HOT KEYS, or change the Controls (CTRL, ALT) thru MAME config (TAB, GENERAL).

Got it! I did see that I had to do Properties-Settings-Advanced-
Graphics Properties
-Disable Hot Keys. Thanks Thenasty.

I was going to ask whether you weren't sure which OS you were using....
Also, do us favor and mark the thread as 'solved'.
