I believe that is a custom cabinet for an arcade chain whose name currently escapes me ...

I saw that last week and thought the same thing.  Looks like a Doom crate with arcade controls.

Yes, that very machine has come up before on KLOV and maybe even here.

It looks like a complete disaster.

And 500 bucks for just the monitor (and the other working components) is simply too much.

At the gameworks in Las Vegas, they have 5 of these cabinets.  I believe they are Asteroids, Space Invaders, Moon Patrol, Gorf... and one more I can't remember.
