Ms. Pacman 1ups

Silly question about our favorite pellet muncher here at home. Right now I can only get to about 23,000 point in ms. pacman (no hacks).  I know at 10,000 you receive a 1up, but I didn't receive another power-up at 20,000.  What are the 1up stages?
