Given enough make-up, flattering lighting, styling and Photoshop, they can even make a troll look good.

Without all that she doesn't look so hot:

I just saw a movie with her in it (about some lame 7 plagues story which return her to to her faith again) and when she talks, her tick with her lips and the little lisp is more annoying than her slim trained (yet aging) body can overcome.
