Need help getting a 27" VGA Monitor
« on: December 27, 2006, 01:12:59 pm »
I've been trying to find a used 27" arcade VGA monitor for a while now.  I can't find any locally.  I bought one on Craigs list about a year ago but I haven't seen any since. I don't care if it's used as long as it works well.  VGA only is okay but tri-sync would be better.  My budget for this is 200.00  Does anyone have any suggestions? I am in San Jose CA.

Thanks

Albert

I bought one for 150.00 about a year ago.

The local arcade has a machine for sale with one for 200.00 but the monitor has a slight geometry problem so I didn't pick.

I see them all the time in that price range but they are always too far away to pick up.

I thought maybe someone had some hints on how to source one locally.   ::)

Even brand new 27" monitors are expensive. I've never seen any used 27" for less than $300.

Don't forget that 27" monitors weigh 100 pounds and that costs alot to ship.
