Advance mame problems

Please Help!!
I am finding advance mame really difficult to configure with my arcade monitor.

a few questions

1.   I have managed to get an excellent picture with all games but I have to tune in the horizontal and vertical frequency knobs (at the back of the monitor) to get a stable picture for different games. Any adeas how to get a stable picture without tuning in each game?

2.  How do you get advv.exe to work so it is viewable on an arcade monitor, when it starts it always uses the regular pc monitor frequencies (even though advmame is set to use an arcade monitor), also is it possible to get regular dos text to be displayed in the correct frequencies for an arcade monitor

3. My monitor is a Hantarex MTC 9000 20" any ideas what the correct clock values are for this monitor, or any ideas where I can find them.

Get Andy's ArcadeVGA card. This video card are for 15khz Arcade Monitor only. Plug 'n Play. This card won't work with regualr PC Monitors.
