The ad states that this is a pic of the premium bundle, but I don't see the remote and things pictured...  That's false advertising.

He states about 4 times that it is just a picture of the xbox and warns everyone to read the auction carefully.  If people are that stupid then so be it.

CD, come on brother, don't defend this knob.  I agree about the buyer though.  So much so, I sent him the following email:

Do you know how funny it is that you won a PICTURE of the Xbox360 for over $600?  I know for a fact you are on one forum and I am sure this will get passed around.  Don't get me wrong, I think the guy is a sleaze that is selling this, but I think it is hilarious that you didn't even read the title and put up $600!  Good stuff to tell at the office on Monday.  Oh and by the way, Happy Thanks Giving!!!

I once sold a book (Abbie Hoffman's Steal this Book) on ebay.

It was a reprint (original is worth a lot more) and it ended up selling for a lot more that you could get it down the street at the store.

I made it perfectly clear about the reprinting and the date, but people are morons.


I admit it's sort of a dick move....   

Did you see all the people selling e-mail addresses for $500 that, if you weren't really paying attention, could be confused for an actual system??

I remember when the Xbox came out there was an Xbox Box listed on ebay. The auction clearly said for the box of an Xbox system etc. etc. etc. And it bid up to several hundred. I think allot of the bids on those bogus things are someone trying to screw over the would be screwer by buying then not paying which can tie up the seller for long enough that the market cools off some.
