can you identify this pcb Board ?

It has a marking of Nichibutsu GV-1412. It has 2 boards and maybe this pics will clarify (maybe for japanese/Chinese) speaking. Maybe its still not emulated.

full pic of board 1. It has 14 chips. (1-10 on this board) and 4 on the 2nd board.

That looks like it alright, the one in their picture seems to be missing a couple of bits. Yours looks like it's brand new.

I donno anything about the boards... but the characters are definitely Japanese.... not Chinese....
