Neotec 19" MultiSync Monitors

I am thinking buying this monitors. I been trying to get a Hantarex Polostar but been hard to find one. There was someone I been e-mailing to and its a 21" Polostar multisync but the price was $700+. The Neotec 19" Multisync monitors are only $320.00. Anyone here used this monitors yet ? If so, how is it ?

As far as I know, this is the only 19" Multisync out there.
What do you think about this (Ken Layton, what is your expert opinion on it ) ? TIA for any inputs. I maybe buying this early next week.

I'd be curious to know also since I'm now looking at these.  My PC monitor is dying.
