What size / type if mills do you use in your cnc machine to get the resolution and finish, and what software are you using.

The gap above the control panel to the bottom of the monitor is enormous and detracts from the looks.

You mean like Maximus is doing in Revolution 2.0?

I guess it's possible, maybe I'll do it in a future project. But this cabinet looks great as it is. There is a 16:10 screen in there which is already better than a 16:9 screen.
