My guess is he liked it and didn't want the aggro he gets for saying so.   :laugh2:

Come on give us the danny review.  Some of us like reading what you think of a movie.

I liked the Hunger Games movie but it was nothing like the book.  I'm always happy to see scifi that passes the Bechdel Test, though.

I have read all three books, and seen the two (so far) movies. The movies stayed pretty close to the books, but movies are never as good as the books. (Especially the ones based on Stephen King novels.)

I liked the Hunger Games movies (both).

Haven't seen the second movie, but you're joking if you think the first movie was "close" to the book.  The ENTIRE book is about kids nearly starving to death and the great lengths they go to in order to eat garbage to survive.  Granted, it nailed the 'games' part of it pretty well and I still enjoyed it.

Yeah the first movie did seem to skip a lot that was in the book, but what they showed stuck fairly close, IMHO

I thought you didn't like movies? I bet if I had said I gave it a 4/5 you would have said you hated it  ;)

I also saw the first movie.
