I would much rather see the controls gutted from the box and actually put into a proper control panel.  That would help the look of the build a lot.  I'd call this: almost perfect but not quite (which happens to be one of my favorite Silverstein poems)

its pretty great. Would be even better with a more arcadey control panel.  MsPac version would be sweet, or even putting a bow on 1 side for Mr & Ms Pacman  :lol
