yep! attached below. I got it used in anticipation of a project built on an older PC with an AGP slot but ended up getting a PCB (Raiden DX!!!) that will become the heart of that project.

thats the 1st/2nd AVGA made.

Thats the exact one I'm using in my DOS (Advmame) Machine. I am looking for a BACKUP replacement just in case mine dies out.
