by far the hardest crutch to kick off down to 8 to 10 a day
beer I thought would be imposable
not that hard really. I just had to get in the mood.
I was up to 24 beers a night. Ice beer. (2x the alch.) (6%alch)

I gave up tea because of the caffeine I hear it makes it hard to lose fat
there is some bad effects.

I really mean nasty. I have tried to cheat on this diet. I can not. I have been fat free in my diet to long.
WARNING!!!! grocery bill is out of the roof!
try $300 a week at Kroger or walmart . eating healthy is costly.
I hope to figure out how to get cost down. This is still new to us and we are shopping in isles I would never look at before. Also all that weight has to go some place. It must exit.
I am thinking the medical cost will go down. So food bill will not bother me so much.
Wife and daughter has had serious medical conditions (hospital stays )
The girls just could not go on there own. Not a problem any more.
a normal day diet menu
up at 3:30 am
2 cups of coffee
2 slices of wheat toast with small amount of peanut butter
7am no fat yogurt and a fruit ( I really tried the plain yogurt 2 big tubs of it! NASTY as all get out!) I never ever ate yogurt before so I did cheat and switched to Yoplait light fat free. good stuff!

9am a protein bar and a Gatorade
11:30 lunch time
a wheat bread sandwich (chicken breast or turkey breast) raw spinach
TIP ( My wife sneaks this into every dinner ) It cooks into nothing really.
(sure makes you go potty!)
mustard is OK. NO Mayo or Ketchup .
no fat cottage cheese
8 oz of 1% milk ( I started the milk about 2 weeks ago) (lunch was not working out well. Milk helps fill me up or gets rid of a craving
( yes a craving fill like hunger to me)
also I am thirsty all the time... I drink maybe 2 gallons of water a day.
2pm a snack. most the time it is a fruit. or a energy bar
energy bar = another cheat .
If you fallow the guide in the P90X plan I am at all protein diet.
Problem no energy left. crash and burn for me. I sneak in Gatorade 2x a day and a energy bar 2 or 3 times a week
3:30 drive home
string cheese
dinner 6pm
3 oz pork tender loin (sound small? not really)
2 sides vegies
1 starch
late night snack
protein shake.
mix the menu up for what works for you. your body will tell you what it wants.
