Arcade game featuring a robot dinosaur(s)

I'm messing around with some marquee designs (mostly in my head atm) for my cab, and I'm looking for an arcade game that features a robotic dinosaur, preferably of the raptor/t-rex variety. Doesn't matter how small of a roll it plays (although more recognizable art would be better), so long as I can grab a screenshot of it and use the art in my design.

Odd question for sure, but can anyone think of a game?

This won't help at all because it's a silly flash game,
but it came up in my google search for robot dinosaurs.

One of the stages in Mega Man - The Power Battle (CPS2) has some robo dinos in it.
I'll try to think of some others.

Splashdown 2: Rides Gone Wild has a course with Dinosaurs all around.  After a couple laps, they all bust and appear as mechanical.  Don't remember for sure about a T Rex or Raptor, but I'm pretty sure you might find something there.

Doesn't the Neo Geo game King of the Monsters & KOTM2 have a robot dino in it?

Also, it may not be arcade related, but Godzilla has an episode with a robot verzion of Godzilla.  I am sure if you locate the artwork for these you may find something you could use.
