FS..Double Dragon-2 the Revenge

I have this NON-WORKING Double Dragon 2 "The Revenge" Jamma PCB. It has blown caps in it and maybe some missing chips. It can be yours $10.00 plus shipping.
Here are some pics.
According to the note written in the sticker, "Blue Screen".
