Hey, slow down!
« on: September 29, 2009, 01:22:43 am »
I guess it shows who's a collector and who's a player....or something, cos almost all of these vids people are doing of their arcades/game rooms (like on ArcadeTube), they never get close to the monitor, or even focus on it. Hell, that's the main thing I wanna see!

Yeah, you can have a nice looking machine, but if the display is ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---, what's the point?

I scrolled to the second page and found some arcade goodness... A walkthrough of a Chuck E Cheese circa 1983.. arcade starts about 2:30 in..... the place had not yet opened but the arcade is fully powered up.

The person tries to walk past all the machines....

Yea thanks for pointing this one out in particular.  I love this video...starting with the old cars in the parking lot and then the manager who says "Hey...you have one of those 'video things'...I've never seen one of those before."  Awesome.

I know, that was funny. Then he wasn't sure it was on....or something.
